I had a pleasant stay at this hotel situated within the Kelapa Gading Mall. The rooms were kept clean and tidy, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, ensuring a high standard of hospitality. Although the location was very convenient for shopping and dining within the mall, the dining options were somewhat limited. Overall, I found it to be a comfortable and well-maintained hotel with great service.
I had an amazing time at this hotel, especially with the cozy rooms and excellent service provided. While the dining options were delicious, the high prices were a bit of a letdown. The location right by the shopping mall was super convenient for me.
